We are a privately owned company, that is run by the same family for the last 22 years. We are not only experienced in the industry but we are invested in the brand on a personal and professional level.  Even our teams that support us, have been with us for many years. 

Our rates run from 8% up to 20%, exclusive of VAT. But we work according to your property’s specific requirements. Give us a call so that we can create a tailor-made offer, especially for you.

We also offer great referral programs that could put some money back in your wallet!

All guests are met in person at each check-in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We personally assess each individual before they enter your property and we go through a thorough walkthrough of the property to ensure that we answer any questions, or show guests how to operate specific elements. 

We not only insist on a deposit from all our guests for those unfortunate breakages and damages, but we also review our guests and we have on occasion, rejected bookings based on bad ratings, etc.

On monthly, medium and long term rentals we visit the property at least  once a month to check cleanliness and upkeep.

We have a policy of ‘no parties or events allowed’.

Transparency is one of our top priorities to you as the property owner. If you prefer we can update you via email every time a booking is confirmed with complete details.

You will have access to an availability calendar so can always see the availability.

We also use intelligent inspection and maintenance management software that will keep all parties up to date with what must be done including costs.

We do weekly occupancy vs ROI review. For poor performing properties we create and implement immediate measures like additional marketing focused on those properties to quickly increase occupancy. Where required and possible we run additional promotions on all platforms and focus our internal sales team on securing bookings for your property. For ‘overperforming’ properties we implement increase rate strategies.
