VISITING CAPE TOWN IN NOVEMBER?

Here is a pick of 5 things to do while you are down here :

1.To Kite-finity and Beyond!

Cape Town International Kite Festival is held in Muizenberg each year. It is said to be Africa’s biggest Kite festival and hosts about 20 000 people and even attracts Internation Kite flyers. The designs that people come up with are amazing and this is definitely something to look forward to. Muizenburg is about 27km from Cape Town CBD and is very popular for new surfers who are learning how to surf.

2. Kayaking!

Imagine all that is between you and a whale or dolphin is your Kayak! Not everyone is this lucky each time going along the Atlantic Seaboard coastline, but what an amazing experience! Some people encounter dolphins, seals, penguins, sunfish, and occasionally whales. Overall this is an amazing experience. This definitely tantalises all of one’s senses if you are searching for something to do this November!

3. HO HO HO!

Who doesn’t like a gift now and then? If you are looking for the perfect gift this Christmas, visit the Gift Fair for a variety of choices for your loved ones. Support the local entrepreneurs this November and see what creative handmade products they have been making that might be that unique gift you have been searching for.

4. Ultra-Trail Cape Town 2021 (27 & 28 November)

This November the fitter bunch can experience the Ultra-Trail race of 100km, 65km, 35km, and or 21km.

Imagine the view and the freshness of the sea filling your lungs while the races taking place from gorgeous trails at Table Mountain, Lion’s Head, Signal Hill, Orangekloof, Llandudno, Hout Bay, the Constantia Winelands, upper slopes of Kirstenbosch Nature Reserve, and Devil’s Peak. Doesn’t that sound like an incredible experience?

5. HAVE YOU TRIED DUNE SANDBOARDING YET?

Come and enjoy a fun day out of Sandboarding in Bettys Bay this Holiday!

These dunes overlook Betty’s Bay and the Atlantic ocean which makes it not only a fun day out but a view to remember! Don’t worry, they teach you how from the low side of the dune and gradually work up the dune as your experience improves.

When you are done here, you can go just around the corner and visit the Stony Point Penguin Colony and make the trip even more worthwhile!
